Downtown Escape | Backyard, Gameroom and Hot Tub

Please read all of Casa Baron’s rules. *No Smoking. A $300 smoking fee will be charged if smoking is detected after. *No pets *Small gatherings of 10 people or less are allowed but absolutely no parties are allowed. *No food in bedrooms. *No unregistered guests without prior approval from the host. *No loud music. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise levels down, especially after 10 PM. *Anyone under the age of 18 should not be left alone on rooftop, hot tub or patio areas without adult supervision. *Please note that we're not able to accommodate locals at this time. We appreciate your understanding. *Extra Cleaning Fee: A fee of $150 will be charged if the home is left extremely dirty beyond what courteous guests would normally leave the property (examples include but not limited to: food or drink found in spa, excessive amounts of trash, dirt left behind, cigarette butt/ ashes in yard, etc.). Hot Tub Rules: *Please use hot tub safely and responsibly. Do not turn off. *No children under the age of 12 unless accompanied by an adult. *Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the hot tub of 7 people. * No glass is permitted inside hot tub. *Hot tub cover must be on prior to leaving. Cleanliness: * Please take care of furnishing. Any excessive damage or stolen items will result in the cost of replacement. Please report any damages or issues to the host immediately. *If property is left extremely messy an extra cleaning fee will be charged. *Cover outdoor TVs after use. Safety: *Security cameras are located in the front and sides of the property for your safety. *No tampering with security cameras or internet connection as this will result in an immediate removal of all guests without refund. *Please lock and remove valuables from vehicles. We are not responsible for stolen items. *No standing or sitting on rooftop barrier. Do not throw objects down from the rooftop. No jumping or horseplay on rooftop. Dispose of trash in rooftop trash bin. Acknowledgements: * Acknowledgment that rules were read is expected when requesting to book. *The home is not childproof so please be mindful if traveling with children. *Must climb stairs. *We provide toiletries and basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to make your stay comfortable but it is expected of the guest to replenish supplies which may run out during your stay.
